Crooked Front Bumper

I just finished the istall of my 3" body lift and have a problem, my !@@!#$@!$ front bumper is crooked!!! By this I mean it is lower at the back than it is in the front, there is about a quarter inch of clearance under the headlights but a little over an inch at the rear. Have any of you had this same problem? If you did how did you fix it or can it be fixed?

The bumper should have elongated holes where you can move the bolts up and down, try reajusting one side
