I have a 1996 V8 Explorer and the cruise and power mirrors don't work. I'm hoping its something simple like a bad fuse, but I don't find a fuse for those 2 items listed in the owners manual. Any help? Also, drivers window goes up fine but goes down VERY slowly. Anyone know what causes that?
