Ok, I just bought a 98 Explorer EB. This thing is in absolutely beautiful condition with only 68,000 miles. There are only two things that are wrong with it.
First, when I press the button on the steering wheel for cruise control, absolutely nothing happens. The light on the dash doesn't flash on, the cruise doesn't engage. I checked all the fuses and they're good. Does anyone have any ideas about this?
Second, the washer fluid doesn't come out. I think I can hear the motor when I push the button, but it doesn't sound strong at all. Does anyone know how hard it is to change that. I have a 96 Explorer with the same engine that I can strip for parts. After 190,000 miles, the tranny blew on that, so I'll be junking it, but if I can grab any parts, I would like to fix these issues.
