Has anyone had any experience with the brand Crunch USA? I found a 1400 watt amp by them for cheap and wanted to make sure they aren't like Pyramid or Legacy. Thanks!

i used to have a 1400 watt crunch blackmaxx before i switched to a 1500 watt rockford fosgate. i was using the amp to push 2 alpine type R 12's. There was a little difference that i noticed. for instance i was only able to turn the volume up a little bit more with the fosgate. The crunch was a good amp, i had no problems, and i got mine for cheap too. i was skeptical at first but it performed good.

crunch amps are cheap, but the quality is 100 times better then legacy, pyramid, etc...
they dont pump out distortion or get insanely hot like the other brands. i think they just have a bad reputation because they are so cheap. but from my experiences with crunch amps, i thought they were actually pretty good. i've done a few installs with crunch amps for some college kids that didnt have a lot of money to spend. one of the vehicles i installed a 400 watt rms crunch amp driving two orion subs. it sounded great. better then some systems that cost twice as much.

i'm not saying these amps are in the same category as kicker, audiobahn, orion, zapco, etc... but for someone on a budget, they are the best choice for the $$$

i agree

What about USAccoustics? I've heard that they were pretty good.
