Hi all. I currently am running 22" wheels and tires on my 2015 piu which has beefed up heavy duty brakes and Rotors and of course whatever suspension they run stock on this model. But I can get a great deal on a set of 24" wheels and tires for 200 bucks so im thinking why not at least try. 2 tires are 255 30 24 and 2 are 285 30 24. Just curious if anyone has tried these sizes before successfully. I'm already using 22" spacers so I don't mind it if I need the same for these but just want to know if anyone has tried anything close. Thanks! Btw, had this truck for 2 or 3 years. Bought for 5500 from govt auction with 120k miles. Done nothing but changed the oil. Even sold the dog /prisoner partition that came installed in it for $1k so I paid $4500 said and done. Best truck ever had. Can let my flashers go truck off with other lights as well and cranks right up. Plenty of electrical power supplies and tie ins avail for anything I want to run. Love it!. One thing I want to try is playing around with some forscan options in the future. Anyways, thanks for any info.
