Custom fuel door for 2002 XLT

I was looking at last month's Truckin' SUV and they had a 2002 custom Mountaineer with a chrome fuel door like the ones the Bullit Mustangs have. It was by AMP Research. Does anyone know a fuel door that would fit my 2002 XLT or any place to get them? Do the ones off of a mustang fit it? Thanks

more than likely they would. they are pretty much the same truck with different front ends and a couple of other things.

I think that you misunderstood my post. I know the Mountaineer and the Explorer are the same thing. I saw the fuel door on a Mountaineer in a magazine. I have no idea where they got it. That was the idea of this post

Do you have a part number or something? I couldn't find it on the site. How much is expensive?

My local Ford dealer sells these in the parts dept. You mat try checking there. Hope that helps...
