Custom Kick panels 4" midrange speakers

well for some reason it wont let me post this in the classifieds so here ya go

these were custom built for a 2004 explorer but will fit 02-05 one of the clips on the driver side is broke but can be fixed and still can be used without it... they have rainbows 4's in them right now but can accomidate just about any 4" midrange.. im asking $100+shipping for just the kicks and 200+shipping for the kicks and speakers

Hard to tell from the picture, but does the parking brake interfere with the drivers side kick panel at all?
