I have had my eye on these 20" Rims for my Explorer for quite some time. They are only $1,600.00 with tires online at customwheel.com and at Rent N Roll they want $2,000.00 for them. I was just wondering where most of you guys get your custom rims at. Has anyone ever got them from customwheel.com or any other online place.

Thanks for your help,

Joe

I got my 17 incher beadlocks from HighImpact .. comes with blingin' 32 bolts per wheel to maximize my gangsta status. Ya heard....

tirerack.com has some good deals most of the time..

tell you what, find a rim that you really like and jot the model down plus the specs(size and what have you) and shop for it online.. find the cheapest one and look if they have a deal to offer when you get it complete with tires mounted and balanced..

Goodluck!

..it might help a bit if you attach a picture of the wheel you're looking to buy..

Is high impact a local store or online store? I did a better business bearu check on customwheel.com and they had 22 complaints most of which were fixed but they had a rating of F. There really isn't many places that carry the rims I want either.

Here are the rims I want to buy.

The rent n' roll place said I can just bolt them on I am not sure if its the truth or not.

LOL I'm just kidding about HighImpact - they are off road wheels, not for street. But check out Summit, I've purchased wheels from them before with great results.

As a side note, I was not aware you could rent actual wheels!

Well, they are really the only Rims dealer around me that I know off other than the car audio place but they are rip offs and I don't trust them at all. You can rent rims and rent tires from there but you can also buy rims there. I just don't trust that customwheel.com place.
