My original factory door keypad came off so I tried reaffixing it and eventually cracked it. So I ordered an aftermarket replacement. In removing the old keypad I cut the wires to remove it. I installed the new keypad and there was no power to it and I got the liftgate ajar message. Took it to a Ford dealer who tested it out (see attached) and came to the conclusion that everything was fine except the new keypad wasn’t an oem part. So I ordered an oem keypad and installed it. Same problem. There still is no power to the keypad and the liftgate still reads as ajar by the Explorer.

Welcome to the Forum.
This is not unheard of when the Securicode pad comes loose or comes off.
According to the invoice, there was power on the wires going to the keypad.
Is it possible that you may have shorted the wires when installing the new pad? Before going any further, have you checked fuse #10 in the cabin fuse box?
