Cylinder Heads exchange

I am having to replace the right head on my 4.0 OHV 2000 ex and in the process of looking around I am needing to know if the heads are the same, the heads would fit on either side?

I have found out, after repairing the head and having the other valves grind and replaced back onto the motor, runs really smooth, i'm proud of my self for repairing it my self
