This information is very important for any Ford Explorer owner. There is a report about Firestone tires AT and ATX. I just read that these tires were linked to 21 deaths in the USA alone, and cause of hundreds of accidents. Ford said that they have around 500 claims alone. Ford is working with goverment officials to investigate any possible problems. Claims said that these tires break apart under normal conditions. Investigators said most of reprorted accidents occurred in regions with warm temperature.
I was thinking it will be a good idea to post this info. Since many of us, I'm sure have famelies, and have our Explorers transport the most precious cargo we have. If anyone else have anymore info about these please, post it so we can get as many facts as possible.
