Ok so this is a weird one. I noticed today the my dash blowers aren't working. There's heat coming out the top against the windshield. There's heat coming out of the feet blowers. But when I switch it to the dash vents, nothing. It blows out the top near the windshield again. So I basically have two windshield settings & a feet setting. Ever hear of this? Thanks!

I'd guess either a broken vent door in one of the air boxes, or a vac leak to it. There's a 2014 workshop manual linked in my sig below, no guarantees that the Climate Control section in it is 100% the same as for a '16, but it might be worth taking a look at that.

There's also a massive 10,000+ page PDF workshop manual for a ~2017 linked on the following post (or 2nd link is direct to the file on Mega), but you may need a pretty powerful computer to wade through it quickly due to the size. The Climate Control section 412 seems to start around page 640 but it's time consuming to find the rest of the climate control troubleshooting in it.

Thanks for the tip! Looks like I've got some reading to do. It's been well below freezing here...not the ideal time to have to deal with this but it's got to get fixed.

The computer i'm using right now is choking on that 10,000 page PDF but it looks like the relevant troubleshooting starts around page 1369+.

I agree with member javaleo that the issue might be a blend door actuator not working.
