Dash Removale

I took the dash out of my 92 X and its gray , I wana put it in my 91 but when disconnecting it I could not figure out how to disconnect the wires from the firewall. (the ones that go under the hood) it has a white pice that looks like it may disconnect but I cant figure it out, I cut the 92's wires and will use the 91's so I gotta fisgure out how to disconnect it

I don't think that thing is removable. You have to splice the wires

Move the wires and look in the center of it from the engine compartment side. There is a bolt in the center that once unscrewed releases the the plug.
