Mike Diaz--Test N Tune

On May 9th, 2002 I paid Mike $70.00 (through PayPal) for the tupperware (ground effects) under the doors, between the wheel wells of a red '93 explorer he was parting out on the forum.
After numerous LD phone calls, emails, a PM, and almost 3 months, I have yet to see any parts or any of my money. Out of about a dozen calls I've spoken with him twice and his other half several times (to leave a message). He assured me that the parts were sent at the same time as about a hundred others, and he verified my address. He also said it was insured so if it were lost in delivery we could get my money back. He also said that if all else fails he was getting another one in to part out in a few days and he could send me the skirts off that one. That was about a month ago and none of my calls have been answered, since. His reason for not responding previously was that lightning took out his computer.
I feel that I've been ripped off. Honest mistake or not he should have tried to make things right!!!!!
Buyer Beware Now it's too late to do anything through PayPal and I'm $70.00 poorer.
