Hi. I have a 2016 Explorer, the HVAC fan will not come on. Relay and fuse OK. Climate control indicates fan speed choice, no air moving. Placing jumper wire across terminals at relay causes the fan to operate and the speed change control works properly. That tells me blower motor and speed control module are ok. Checking voltage at small terminals at relay reveals no voltage or ground with system turned on. Any ideas?
