Daytime running lights not working

I checked the two fuse and they look good. What next?????

You won't get too many people answering a question about DRL, to my knowledge they only came on Canadian destination vehicles until the last couple of years.

Replace the module and that should correct the problem.

yeah i have never seen a explorer with day time running lights here

The modual is under the hood kinda behind the drivers headlight. Its a small black box with cooling fins on it. I unplugged mine so they wouldnt work .
