i was driving down the high way,(at 10pm) and my head lights just died, they flashed on and off well the battery needle went crazy. So I checked the bulbs, they're fine, and Im not really sure what the problem could be. If someone has, had this happen to them and they know how to fix it that would be greatly apreciated.

check the relays, fuses and the multi-function switch

When you hold back on the turn signal for the brights do the lights work?
If so you need a new turn signal switch AKA multifunction switch. About $55. at the dealer and they usually have them in stock.
Searching "multifunction switch" will get you info on the swap.

theres no lights I think the alternator is dying or dead now, I have very little power anywhere...

Check your alternator belt. If you have a voltmeter take the positive lead and hook up to the alterantor B+ teminal at back of alternator and negative lead to a good engine ground. Turn off all accessories and shut doors. Have someone operate engine to 2000 rpm, check alternator output voltage. Should be between 13 and 15 volts. If not you got a charging problem.

i dont have a voltmeter, but i put a new alternator in and the battery still isnt charging? Wut about the the Voltage Regulator I heard that when you alt, goes the regulator probibly will go too. ( is this true pleezeee help)

Can you drive it? If so go to AutoZone/PepBoys and have them check your battery. Or take your battery there and see if it will hold a charge.
Sometimes a battery goes bad and the alt. is ruined trying to charge a bad battery.
When it rains it pours.
