Guess what happened today.... The door fell out again... I cut up a towel and stuffed it in the inlet port. Pulled the flapper out. 
About scared me into a wreck when it happened. It hit with a thud. Thought I ran over something in the road.
Apparently I cannot upload images. Need to show how to get that flapper out.
