I discovered today that my defroster wasn't working and an inspection showed the copper connection missing. What do I do to fix it? It had already been resoldered on and a piece is stuck in the black connector. Can I buy another and re-solder it in and if so where can I get the part? Picture shows what I'm talking about.

I've used a conductive epoxy in the past with good results. Try some of the better auto parts stores in your area, they should have it. Don't remember the name.
Good luck.

Lou.

The bent connector is gone, a tiny piece is stuck in my black connector. I have no way to re-solder it with epoxy or whatever. I need a solution for adding a new angle connector that I can resolder in and connect my plug to.

get a small piece of metal and expoy it with conductive epoxy and reconnect the connector to it.....

Oh okay, I thought it needed to be copper for the connection. I see thanks that never entered into my mind.
