Delete or turn off apps? (Stitcher specifically)

Anyone know how to delete an app or disable it from taking over the app on your phone?

I listen to a ton of podcasts using the Stitcher app. Since I got my 2020 Explorer a few weeks ago, Stitcher has been disabled on my phone and it shows up as an app on the Sync 3 system screen. That happened when I "enabled" apps.

However, now the app via the Sync system is severely limited by not displaying all available podcasts. The implementation is just bad. I'd rather continue using the app based on my phone and simply use Bluetooth audio to get the audio into the vehicle.

I tried even turning off Apple Car Play and it still takes over my phone's Stitcher podcast app.

Do you want ONLY Stitcher to not work via AppLink? You could shut off the Mobile Apps feature in Settings to block then all. Not sure if that'll fix your particular issue though as I don't use that app myself.
