Dielectric Grease goes where on the Spark Plug?

Can someone remind me where you are supposed to put the dielectric grease on the coil boot when changing out your spark plugs.

Someone said something about putting the dielectric grease on the inside of the boots but exactly what does that mean?

Fill up the entire cavity? Just on the end where the wire plugs onto the spark plug? Detail please...thanks in advance!

Just a bit around the inside edge of the boot, all the way around.
