My message center is always dim (headlights on or off).

I took apart dash and the resistors talked about in another post are fine. Anyone else do any trouble shooting on the LED display?

How do you know the resistors are fine?
 






Removed instrument cluster and visually inspected them as well as measuring with an ohm meter. Visually inspected solder joints in the vicinity of the resistors
 






My solder joints looked fine too. I re-soldered them anyway and know all is well.
 






bumping this up....where are these solder joints that need inspection? part of the cluster?
