Disc brakes

I have an 2003 Ford explorer sport 2DR 4.0L, I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to change the rear drum brakes out for disc brakes? If so could you send me a link to show me where to buy the equipment to do so. Thanks for your help and proud to be a Ford owner. Tim.
