do lower A-arm bushings go bad?

so do the bushings on the lower a-arms go bad/dry out? and would this lead to a shaky front end and noisy front end when goin over bumps? they look to be pretty worn out.

Yes. The ones on my truck were heavily worn so when I replaced the lower balljoints I replaced the lower a-arm bushings too. Moog makes them both.
