Does anyone have rearview mirrors with blindspot mirror?

i have them on my 2011 econoline and i know about everything has them now .
i have fallen in love with them and at the same time am considering upgrading to 4th gen mirrors, with that bieng said i cant seem to find any with these mirrors so i am posting asking if anyone with a 4 gen x has them..

I use the stick on mirrors from Walmart, you can apply them were you think it's best.
