does autometer phantom light up at night

i am looking at autometer gauges however do they light up at night

Yes, the Phantom light up around the rim of the gauge. They come with red and green "condoms" for the light bulb, but other lamp covers are available through them.

are these the gauges that black magic has also are there any white ones that are elecric/analog and the whole thing lights up
