Does the 2003 sport trac have a lamp out Modular in the center console?

I see this left low beam headlight issue tracked down to a solder joint. But my 2003 has this issue. I don't think they call it that anymore.

But I sure would like to fix my headlight ! .

Do I tear out the center console?
