Why not just learn to compensate and save $200+?

Why not just learn to compensate and save $200+?

I would but my GF sometimes borrows the truck and shes a lead foot already and when i try to explain the compensate thing she doesnt get it:rolleyes:

Plus the shifting pattern change and the OBDII tester will also make it more valuable than just a calibrator

For that price, spend a little bit more and get the SCT X3...Fix the larger tire problem, performance upgrade, plus I believe it will adjust the shift points. Will do all thing same stuff as the TIREPAQ plus a bit more. Track down James (screen name jah???) as he deals with the SCT and can help you out.

Just contact James jah81592 on this site, he sometimes has used SCT's for sale, and this way he can program it for you if you do upgrades

Wont the dealership recalibrate it for you pretty cheaply?
