doing some preventative timing chain maintenance

Hey everyone,
I took my truck to my mechanic the other day to have a few things checked out. turns out I need new head gaskets. While my mechanic is going to be in there I asked if he could replace the dreaded timing chain as well. He said he thinks thats a good idea but actually said I should ask you guys what kind of timing chain any of you have used in the past. Is there an updated or specific one that I can buy that will last? thanks in advance

I used the updated kit from Ford... assuming you have some miles on the vehicle, do it now... piece of mind.
