Hi
I have a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer with a 4.0 SOHC V6. I am currently replacing the left side cassette and jackshaft tensioner. I put the motor at TDC and removed the jackshaft sprocket to remove the bolts for the front left side cassette assembly. Now I know i need the tool to re align this left side cam with the tool but do I need to check the right side cam since I loosened the jackeshaft sprocket ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!
