Door adjustment?

The passenger side door on my 06 is out of adjustment. What is the best way to make it close better?

Before you start adjusting doors make sure your hinges are not bent. My top hinge is bent on the side that mounts to the door. Easy to spot because it doesn't sit flush on the door.
