Its behind the plastic on the rear pasenger side.
The code is on the computer behind there on the 02. I have the 02 model myself.

Remove the panel where the seat belt is on the passenger side and you will find a black box (@ least thats what color mine was) and it will a five digit code on it. Mine was just below a bar code. Hopefully it will help you out.

Look behind the middle row seat closest to the passenger side.
There's a big red switch, hit that, and pull the seat forward, you'll have ALOT more room to work.

There's a very large/long plastic molding that runs along the Rear Passenger area of the truck. There's also a smaller molding that surrounds the Seatbelt bracket/adjuster thing.(you have to pop that piece off.)

The big piece of molding, just run a long thin flathead screw driver along it, so then you can pull the piece back some and look inside, you'll see the black box,(wireless remote module), your code is written on that, right underneath a barcode....it should be like 5 digits.
(i actually had 2 seperate numbers rows, that were around 5 digits, so i wrote them BOTH down, and tried them both until only one worked.)

But yeah, start near the floor of that Large Rear Panel, and work your way up seperating the plastic alittle bit at a time, then once you get about underneath the Seatbelt area, pull that same big molding back hard, and you'll see the box.
(like i said though, FIRST pop off that little plastic molding surrounding the seatbelt bracket thing.)

I swear im gonna just make a write-up/sticky on this, lol, im surprised how much it still keeps popping up!
(even though there are some already.)
