Door electrical connector

Someone backed into the front passenger door on my 2013 XLT and caved it in. I found a nice replacement that is even the same color but after I got it home I realized that they broke the connector going into the body. I am probably going to need to swap the entire harness from the crunched door to the new door. So my question is how to correctly remove this connector? I don't want to break this one too. Any help is appreciated.
