Door fix?

My front passenger door handle isnt catching or something freakin door wont open from the outside only opens from the inside any suggestions?

You'll have to take the driver side panel off and check the linkage to the outside handle. There's a yellow plastic clip the snaps shut and locks around the bar the goes up to the outside door handle.
