Door Lock Problem

i have one rear door that won't unlock when the unlck button is pushed on either the driver or passenger front door. anyone know how to tell if it is the motor or solenoid? thanks

lever may be bent, have they been pushed down during the cold cold weather or anything. happen to me once on an s-10

pop off the door panel. sounds like something is either disconnected or bent.
