Door Locks and Windows Acting up

My 99 Explorer EB 4x4 has started having issues with the rear drivers door lock not wanting to unlock and when it does you cant even pull the handle inside and open the door....you have to really pull the knob and the outside handle at the same time to get it to open....and also my passenger front door window will not roll down the the controls on the door but it will roll down if you use the main controls on the drivers side....any suggestions??

You probably need a door latch for the rear door problem. The window problem is either broken wires in the door or a bad switch.
