"02 Door Panel

If it is anything like my door on a "98 it is held on by plastic push type connectors. You can manhandle it by sliding a flat tool under the panel starting at the corner, but sometimes the connectors or stronger than the panel and you can break the panel where the pins attach. The best thing to due is buy a tool made to separate the panel from the door or use a tool that will work like a flat wire crimper. Use a scraper or something to slide between the door and the panel and locate a push connector. Next open the crimping tool and slide it around the pin and squeeze to get a grip on the pin and pry it from the door. You might want to use a towel to put between the door and the tool so you don’t scratch the paint. Move to the next pin.

Don’t attempt this if you are not sure you have all the screws out or you still aren’t sure what you are doing. Replacement panels are not cheap.

Good Luck.

Thx,

But its totally differnt than the 98 from what ive seen, the panel moves up a bit... i remember on my 95 it was easy..im stumped as of now..lol

No special tools required. You have to pop out the plastic piece that goes around the door handle with a little screwdriver or something. Then remove the piece at the front of the arm rest that has the power buttons on it (sort of push down and forward to release it) and disconnect the power harnesses. You'll see your last screw back inside there, same size head as other two, I think. Then just push the whole panel up and off.
