Door Problems... help

ok, i got 3 door problems.... both front doors and the liftgate... first problem
Drivers Door - spring broke inside the latch.... easy fix or do i need to buy the entire latch? or.....?

Passenger Front Door - power no longer locks or unlocks... im pretty sure its the actuator... just quit all of a sudden.... ideas?

Liftgate - only locks/unlocks with the key... the actuator has life... it sounds like its buzzing everytime i hit the power switch..... but it doesnt actually lock or unlock...... whats the fix for this??

Problem #1 You'll need to replace the latch.
Problem #2 Sounds like the actuator.
Problem #3 Sounds like the actuator is bad.
