Door seals

Have a door seal torn on an 08 Is it pretty straight forward on replacement? Didn't see anything on how to replace door seals.

Well there is an inner and an outer door seal, right? The inner one (around A&B, or B&C pillars) is a piece of cake, you have to pop the door sill plate loose, but other than that its easy. Literally takes no effort.

The seal on the door itself - I've not messed with that one. But I think its attached with those white triangle clips which are easy once you have broke a few to figure out how they work.
