yeah.. about how nasty My DPFE was... haha
i dont have pictures either, but the two inlets for the hoses had corrosion on them, and had they had begun to break apart inside of the hoses.. im glad i replaced that thing..
btw.. i had the metal one, i think it was original too.. replaced at 191,000 miles

I had the metal one also, & it was all corroded, & had all this white gunk in it. Mine smelled too.
