can someone show me a dpfe sensor from a 1st generation explorer, i think mine is broken, would it be safe to try and start the car?

i dont know what the part is, it has a wire harness and two plastic tubes comming out of the end that were connected to hoses and the tubes are broken. The partnumber on top is E4ZF-9C915-AA and under that it says H2892B.

Basic part no. 9C915 is a fuel vapor canister purge solenoid. You'd be able to start your engine with it off, but there will be a bit of a vacuum leak. You may want to plug the hose on the engine side temporarily.
