Driver door stuck..

Our driver door handles on the inside as well as outside are broken, leaving the door unable to open, forcing us to climb over the passenger seat and center console to either enter or exit the vehicle. Please help me, we would like to know how to open the door so we can repair it. Any suggestions???: Oh, & the door does lock & unlock, it simply is stuck because the handles are broken.

Yeah, but we would have to remove the inside panel, right?? ANy suggestions on how to make that a bit simpler without becoming a human pretzel??
