Driver rear door applique part number

Hey guys - noticed the glass black applique on my driver's side rear door has a crack - it's the part near the pillar, on the left or front side of the door, near the hinges. Has anyone replaced their's before? Anyone have a part number by chance? I was looking on fordpartsgiant.com but couldn't find that part separately...

Looks like I found the part number - 1L2Z-78255A35-AAA. Now, has anyone replaced one before? Not sure if it bolts from the inside of the door, snaps in place, or what exactly... haven't really looked yet to be honest, lol.
