Driver seat swapping

'01 Sport 4x4
I currently have an almost base model (except for towing package) 2001 explorer sport and they come with really terrible seats. I found a totaled same year and model explorer sport with the better driver seats with headrests that this guy is parting out. My question is will these better seats just fit into the old seats tracks or will I have to do something more extensive to make them fit in my car.
Here's what my current seats look like:

I think you can just take the seats, tracks and just connect them. That's what I did with my 97 sport, took the seats from a 99 sport and it was plug and play

no, the driver's seat in the other sport is powered, you can, if you want, run a wire from the power to your new seat and wire it in, or you can undo the 4 bolts on the runners and swap them over to the new seat, so you don't have a new powered seat.. you choice, either way, it's simple enough... 15 mins tops with air tools...

I'm great with car electrical I should be able to wire it up. I had a feeling that those seats were powered I just wasn't sure. Thanks a lot
