So after two years desided to fix my dead seat track.
It died without horizontal movement and no power lumbar.
With all the seat motors and driveshafts working good there is no way to fix or replace these plastic worm gears inside (both lumbar and horizontal movements are broken) so junkyard 2010 XLT seat track ordered and new oem lumbar support bought in ebay.
Acc to workshop manual ive removed the whole seat from my X:
Then just swap between 2007 and 2010 seat harness (yeah it is not the same)and replace the whole seat track (of course loctite and torque as per workshop manual claims)
Then the most dangerous job.lumbar support replace.Beware of very very sharp seat chassis corners.
Seat cover will need to be removed and back cushion moved away .it is no bolt here.only two mounting bars between back seat chassis parts.
And now its finally working and my wife can adjust it as well.
