I searched the forum, but can't quite pinpoint my problem. My seat won't move forward or back by itself. It was at the point that it would if I put a little pressure on it. Now it won't move at all. I try to move it and looking under the back, the left rod moves with the motor, but the right one I have to move with vise grips. If I push the switch while turning the rod, the rod turns real easy as if the motor is trying to move it along. If I don't turn the rod, the seat twists a bit and gets jammed. What could be wrong?

Have you or anyone found a solution to this issue? I'm experiencing the same problem.

Certainly sounds like the motor is way out. Only issue ive ever had with my seats was a broken wire but yours sounds like it just weak.
