recently purchased used 2010 explorer EB edition. I noticed the driver side control for windows and to lock the door illuminate when the lights are turned on but the window lock switch does not. Curious if it’s supposed to or not anyone confirm this on theirs please .

Window lock switch does not illuminate. Well, it doesn't on my 2007 but I would imagine it doesn't on a 2010 either.

Do you know if the Auto window should work for both Auto UP and Auto down?

Down only on mine.

Down only on my XLT.

Up and down on mine.
Must be a feature on the Premier model maybe?

I wonder if it's possible to transplant a premier window control to my '06 limited and have the same feature? Hmmm.....

I am not sure what controls the feature. It might not be the switch. It might be a module. The driver's window in my Mountaineer is the only one that has it. Both windows in my 2007 Mustang has auto up and down and it is just the deluxe trim and not the premium package. The Mustang has this feature but not automatic headlights. Go figure.
