dual air filters?

hey guys

i was just thinking tonight, and got to wondering if anyone has ever thought of doing a dual cone air filter set up on an explorer......would there be any advantages to doing so??

what would have to happen if one was to do this, is the 2 cone air filters would have to be reloacted to the drivers side engine bay......


just wondering if anyone has ever thought about this, i see a truck with dual cone filters in a mag tonight, thought it was quite interesting...

sounds interesting.... but to relocate and do all the extra work to do it... doesnt sound worth the $ or the effort
