Dual piston calipers on the front in my 98? Stock?

Yeah.. just that. Just replaced the ball joints and noticed I had dual piston calipers on the front. Just wondering if this is stock for a '98. 5.0, AWD, E, factory towing package with 3.73's.

I cant conferm it but i also have dual pistons on the front of my 97 with a sohc 4.0 4x4
