Hi all,
The explorer I just purchased has the rear seat entertainment center; but the dvd player won't eject the DVD that is currently in it. When you press eject it tries, but then makes a grinding noise and gives up. Any suggestions? It played the disc just fine (until I tried to remove it with two butter knives and scratched the dvd...).
Am I going to have to replace the whole unit to get it to work? Is there a hole you can put a paperclip into to force an eject (I didn't see one... even with a flashlight).
If I do have to replace it, do I have to buy the whole unit, or can you just purchase the DVD player itself and leave the screen intact?
Thanks!
